Estimated Time

  1. We aim to deliver our products to your doorstep within 3-10 working days.

Free Shipping

  1. Free shipping for spending above RM120 (Malaysia only) or $120 USD worldwide. Subject to change.
  2. Our company reserves the right to rescind our free shipping offer if buyer’s country is deemed too remote by our logistics partners.
  3. In the event this occurs, our company will advise you accordingly. Our company reserves the right to charge an additional amount to fulfil such orders.
  4. In the event the amount is higher, buyer may have the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund.
  5. Standard/Free shipping does not include tracking. If you wish to track your parcel, kindly contact us. Additional charges may apply.

Standard Shipping

  1. Price for our delivery is RM4.90 nationwide (Malaysia) and $20 USD (Worldwide). Our company reserves the right to amend shipping rates from time to time inclusive of late notice cancellations.
  2. Standard/Free shipping does not include tracking. If you wish to track your parcel, kindly contact us. Additional charges may apply.

Self Collect

  1. Free self collect option, buyer may collect from our warehouse in Ara Damansara, Malaysia. Prior arrangement is required - contact +6013 385 3180. Address: K-G-21, Block K, Jalan PJU 1A/1, Taipan 2, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Taxes, Custom Duties or further regulations

  1. Our free shipping offer or paid shipping option is not inclusive of any taxes or custom duties required to be paid by the respective buyer’s government or regulatory body.
  2. Our company shall bear no responsibility for any taxes due. Because we are a retail store, we cannot mark products as ‘gifts’ to avoid paying such duty.
  3. Certain countries prohibits, ban or may require additional supporting documents to import insect based food products. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to enquire and obtain supporting documents.

Additional Shipping Charge

  1. Our company reserves the right to charge an additional amount for shipping if the buyer’s country is deemed too remote by our logistics partners.
  2. In the event of additional shipping charges, the buyer shall be notified before product is shipped. The buyer is entitled to cancel their order and our company will process a full refund.

Exclusion for any delays

    1. Our company shall bear no responsibility or liability in delays to our shipping or delivery. No refunds shall be issued for such delays to shipping under any circumstances.

  • Processing Time

    1. In-stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. All shipping transit times are quoted in business days.
